3. Orders & Payments

All transactions are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or major credit cards.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST are usually shipped the same business day.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud or pricing errors are detected.

Note: Personalized or engraved funeral urns are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

4. Shipping Policy

Free Ground Shipping on orders over $99 within the continental U.S.

Expedited options (Next Day Air, 2-Day) are available during checkout.

We ship via UPS and USPS, including to funeral homes directly.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes via express services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on most products, as long as:

The urn hasn’t been used to store ashes

It is not engraved or custom-made

It arrives undamaged and in original packaging
