At Dei Gratia Urns, we understand that during times of loss, waiting adds to the burden. That’s why we are committed to processing and shipping your cremation urns with the utmost care and urgency—while keeping you informed every step of the way.
When Will My Order Ship?
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time on business days are usually shipped the same day.
- Orders with custom engraving require one additional business day for personalization.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
We use reliable carriers such as UPS and USPS, and every urn is packaged securely to ensure safe transit.

Shipping to Funeral Homes
We understand time is sensitive when planning a memorial. That’s why we offer direct shipping to funeral homes. Just enter the funeral home’s address during checkout, and make sure your billing address matches your payment method.
International Shipping
We currently ship cremation urns to Canada (excluding Alberta).
- All customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping timeframes shown during checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
We do not currently ship to Europe, Asia, Central or South America. For other international inquiries, please reach out to us at Sales@DeiGratiaUrns.com.
Non-Shipping Holidays
Our carriers do not deliver on the following U.S. holidays. Please add 1–2 extra days to your estimated delivery if your order falls near these dates:

- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
